Off street parking !!
This is what I had to start.......
My house is on a huge slope and the drop between the street and the house is about 18ft, and the same from
my back door to the end of the short garden !!
So working out what we were going to do was a real headache and we nearly didn't go for it because we thought
it wasn't possible !! Anyway.....couple of quotes (1 too high and 1 too crap) we went for the local gypo's who do
a million drives a week in the Bristol area and are dodgy as hell but hey.....!!
So they came and dug up and drove all over my front garden !!
And then they disappeared for about 4 weeks......never to be seen again !!
A few phone calls and some gypo excuses about bare knuckle fights and caravans for their ma's......and they
came back to start the building work.
They finally came back and did the block paving and I'm really chuffed at....
1) the quality of the work
2) the speed at which polish builders work
3) the size of the space available for parking....it didn't seem like there would be that much !!
4) the finished article....!!
I know its not a real mod to my car, but its a mod to my house FOR my car
