loving it
« on: July 19, 2019, 04:10:31 PM »

I've now had my Brabus for 3 months, 1700 mls, and LIKING it even more than when I bought it. Thinking I should have got one of these instead of the Alfa. Touch wood, nothing has broken/gone adrift. Still wish it had cruise and an extra gear though.
The car came with a nearside wing and an offside side skirt. Don't know why, as the wing isn't the same. So if anyone is passing Nuneaton and needs same then pick em up. If there's a case of Newky brown, that has to be removed from the boot and won't go back in and has to be left, that would be nice.

Cruise control is the one missing thing I wish my Brabus had too.  Can't fault it otherwise.

And rare as rocking horse poo!!

When was the last time you saw a 90s lotus elan SE on the road?

Just considering the SE turbo - there are well over double of them on the road vs the Brabus

I think I saw one a few months ago.  There's a place not far from here that hires out Caterhams for tourists and I'm fairly sure I saw an Elan following a couple of them through the village.  I only got a glimpse, so I couldn't be 100%, but I reckon it was.
