So I have the same problem. I noticed it only happens if I accelerate (in any gear) at part throttle (like half) after the engine cooled down or within the first like 10-15 minutes after a cold start in the morning.

The problem started in the summer and I thought there's some table with boost limits versus coolant temp (as we know during hot summer more boost is necessary to achieve the same load/air flow at a given RPM), since the problem started after a remap.

I think now I have Denso VXUH22I, do you guys recommend something else? NGK 6645?

Totally the wrong plugs !

Check out the list in the 'table' in this post for a selection of
the correct plugs that you should fit in your Brabus.

Ok, I had the Denso IKH20, the wrong part# was only on the order and invoice but the actual spark plugs in the car were these.

Any word on the gap? I think they come pre-gapped at 1.1mm, is this right for a turbocharged PI engine like this? I know for sure that gapping them at 0.8mm will make the car run like a wet mule, so that is too small.

Thank you!

Slap them in straight out of the box, the gap is preset and correct.

Replaced spark plugs, problem solved. The gap on the worn spark plugs was well around 1.5mm, other than that all looked perfectly.
Thanks guys!
