Smart Fortwo - wholesale purchase

In behalf of my friends who are helping me with my 454, just one question: is there a place, in your country, from where you can buy (wholesale) Smart fortwo '98-'07 (or above '07), used/dammaged/not roadworthy?
If there is such a place, please let me know.
