I've never been to the York Smart ... but

Smart of Lincoln was very good to me (and to the brabby)
They did a B-service + belt change + MOT and the service was perfect and friendly.
Brabby was valeted, and I had a Merc CLC as a car for the day ...

But of course, it wasn't cheap  ::)

I bought my BRAB from smart York (without seein it or driving it)

They delivered it to Bristol in the price, filled it up when they got here, and when I stated that the interior boot panel was scratched to pieces (they told me it was immaculate in and out) they booked it into Bristol Merc for me and had the panel replaced for me free.
