I'm sure your 1.3 performs perfectly well. It's not what you've got, it's how you use it.

They weigh 7.3kg/rim, so it would seem my estimate was close. I can't wait to get some tires on them, I'll raid the warehouse tomorrow see what's there. But I've made up my mind, nothing else but 205/40R17, low load rating (82 prefferably) and no reinforced or runflat tires.

I prefer the Grandlines ;)

You should be able to sell those without any problem anywhere....for a fair price.

I will never sell the Grandlines, I will perhaps sell these if I can't work enough over-time until smart-times to make up the money i spent on them (190GBP btw):-[

Until then, I'll be using the ultraleggeras, and my grandlines will be safe and unbuckled, awaiting the long trip.

Not surprised to hear you say that , they are superb ..... and rare  .
