I think the confusion comes from the fact that kanapa has posted up a pic of the fortwo interior to show how the seats have already featured in the range (and also the roadster RCR).
Its his 2nd to last pic where you can see the "+" lever on the far side of the steering wheel (and it's a fortwo)
