motorway driving :(

I was coming home from work yesterday on the motorway, I was behind a flat bed HGV when some wood fell off the back and bounced then hit me car and went under it  >:(

hope you took the numberplate of the truck??

at least the red panels are quite common......

His insurance is paying for everything, they are dropping a mini auto courtesy car off tomorrow until mine is sorted out  >:(

ah - alls well that ends well then ;)

i think the grill is a little cracked and may need a BRABUS one!! haha!!

but be careful, the repair people may get the bare one and spray it. may not be as good. suggest they get second hand part as i think its coloured plastic

I had just filled it up with diesel for work next week, now I have to fill the mini up tomorrow for work, that will use more petrol than my 44  >:( and the body shop were I took it has won awards for the work they do in car accident damage repairs.

my mate at work has the JCW mini and I don't like it inside, and the mpg are bad, the brother in law had a smash and he get a BMW m3 convertible, I get a mini  :'(

If the grill is damaged, get the 'replica' Brabus one in black from FK...
it was on special recently fa a stunning price of under £15  (excl dlvry)

The genuine Brab one is over £140 now...and is in 3 parts.
The FK replica is a one piece jobbie.
I have one on my car.....and it is dam good......cost me £35 when I bought it a few years back.
other members on here have bought and fitted them.
