Not quite the same ;)

They are common platforms within the same company.

The ford ka and fiat 500 are quite similar looking in the Eurobox styling

The 500 is retro and the Ka is modern looking, quite different to me.

If you can find a car company thats not linked to another is quite hard to do, even brands you think aren't linked are somewhere deep down in the DNA.
