drivers door lock

Folks, when i unlock my forfour all doors open apart from the drivers door, but it can be opened from the inside. Sometimes it may work, but most times now it stays locked from the outside, can anyone offer any advice or is a dealer visit??? any help is appreciated.  ???

Probably a sticking cable. Have a look in the technical guides.

I did, to a generation 1 forfour 1.1 with 'Passion', a Silver generation 1 forfour 'Brabus' Xclusive and a fortwo 451 'night orange' edition ;~)

There is an extra cable on the passenger side linked to the lock - probably that.

It's really easy to remove the handle and have a look
