The title/subject is a bit vague as I am throwing this out as
a general suggestion to anyone and everyone near or around
the M25 ...
Yeah that big bi-directional motorway that circles London...
and dam long too, but that doesn't stop it being a great
idea for a meet up at any one of the 'Welcome Break' or
similar service stations that there are around it.
So.....I'll start ....
Where ? how about at the newest one..Chobham (oops) Cobham ?
When ? a Sunday morning....before 10:30 so that we
can fill our faces with McMuffins and hash browns
Date ? to be confirmed as and when we have numbers...
(I'm not always available as I work shifts...others
may have other commitments.)
But in principle then......who's interested, generally
speaking ?
There are loads of owner's of ForFour's in the London area....
So come on...make an effort, and get to meet your fellow members.
OK, so you don't fancy Chobham, or it's too far. Fair enough..
So suggest another M25 service area or ANYWHERE near you ?
Let's not just make this a 'London' thing....What about the area's
around Manchester / Brimingham / York / Coventry / Leeds etc ?
Put up you own post/suggestion and see who's interested.
Even if just 2 of you meet up it's a start, and who knows...if it is/was
a good meet place, then maybe others might just join you next time....
So let's start the whole ball game going peop's....
Failing that, hunt out your local Smart group in your area...
you know...the folks with ForTwo's n Roadster's who do bother with meets !
Find them on TheSmartClub website listing meet dates etc (you may have
to join up with TheSmartClub...but you won't have to pay membership...
unless you want to).
Get along to any one of those meets..show em they're not the only Smart owners.
