Thanks for your reply.  I've never been before and as you seem to know a bit about it...

What time do people normally get there for?
Do they meet nearby and tube in or just roll up?
How long does the meet usually last for?

Not quite sure when I will be able to set off so just trying to work out the logistics.

What time do people normally get there for?

People roll in as the day progresses. I got their very early last year (around 9.45ish) and there were only 3 of us there. It grew pretty rapidly until about 12/1pm.

Do they meet nearby and tube in or just roll up?

Roll up. Go through the main gates and then bear left in the grounds. You won't miss us.

How long does the meet usually last for?

It lasts all day (as long as the museum is open as far as I know). People will generally mill about, talk to each other, take photos and explore the museum itself (you do need to pay for that).
