Recommended Tyre Fitter Bristol
« on: January 05, 2016, 12:26:03 PM »

Thought it would be worth mentioning the great service i've had today and always with my BRAB

Britannia Tyres in Fishponds, Bristol

http://www.britanniatyres.co.uk/locations/bristol/

They have always gone out of their way to source the rare BRAB tyres.
They worked hard fitting my stretched tyres (at no extra costs) even though I sourced the tyres myself.
I had a slow puncture this week (thank you TPMS) and they fitted a new valve and balanced free of charge.
PLUS they have always been the cheapest around (if not sourcing from the net or ebay) but if you do want to buy your own they will fit them for you.

HIGHLY Recommended

JJ

A lot of tyre places will only fit tyres supplied by them as they
seem to think that they will be blamed or claimed against for
anything that goes wrong with the tyre after they have fitted it.

So...my advice would be to anyone contemplating buying their
own tyres and having them fitted....check to see if your local
tyre place will fit them otherwise you may have to take a trip
to find one that will.   Going rate 'down Sowf' (aka towards London)
is £5 per tyre minimum for removal of old tyre, fitting new valve
and tyre, and then balancing. Charge includes for recycling/disposal
of the old tyre/s.

....and that's why these guys are cool - I got my tyres off eBay as part worns and that wasn't an issue for them at all.

Plus I also got a little bag to put my locking wheel nut in to keep it safe and hook on the rear view next time I need to drop it off.

Excellent service
