you have to remember its one of the final forfours registered, with VERY low miles (which is a good and bad thing, ill explain), from a 'dealer' who has to BY LAW put a minimum of 6 months warranty or get you to sign a waiver saying you have bought the car without a warranty and if anything goes wrong, they are not liable.
in regards to mileage low miles helps retail value, a brabus with 80,000 miles will be worth less than a brabus with 40,000 miles. but with this only having done less than 2,600 miles a year could lead to all sorts of potential problems. grease in the bearings will have possibly settled at the bottom of the bearings or congealed, leading to 'premature' wear on the bearings. the tires will have flat spots on them with being stood for so long, or worse the rubber will have degraded.
the cam belt may not have been replaced due to the mileage it has covered and not forgetting the alternator belt will want replacing also, again due to the rubber degrading over time.
