Slight issue/problem with you answer there JJ....
The owner has an AMT, and that means that it needs a visit
at least once a year (at service time) to someone with a
genuine Star diagnostic's machine to correctly set up the
clutch drag and bite points.
No other diagnostic's machine can do that, so it has to be
done either by a Smart specialist, or at an MB dealer.
MB charge about double just for plugging the Star into
the car compared to an Indie who will charge about £45-£60
for plugging in and adjusting the clutch.
