Maybe someone should get in touch with them and advise them
of the issues that owners of ForFours are now facing with the
crazing of the front polycarbonate panoramic roof panels, and
what they think their responsibility is towards owners who are
now being faced with the problem...and/or what they think we
can or should do to alleviate the problem long term, rather than
having to spend a considerable amount of money on a perfectly
good car; but now of low market value; other than to replaced
the panel at a cost that is not too disimilar to the cars value !

Maybe if all affected members of this forum wrote them one letter(like  a petition) they might take a little notice

I'm guessing a lot of you might think that i would take this on board,
but to be honest even though I am retired I am more busy now than
I was when working !
Not only do I have this website to 'oversee', but I have 2 others that
I am constructing/editing etc for a couple of model slot car clubs that
I run, let alone fitting in my time as pit crew for the S2smartsRacing Brab !

So....I nominate JJ    :o    or maybe Ocracoke  ??? on behalf of
ALL the forum members.

I can certainly look to get a petition started and then e-mail Freeglass our concerns about such things. I'll post again when I've got one setup.

The front polycarbonate roof section, as fitted as standard on the Passion trim and a optional extra for the Pulse as far as I recall, and the rear (side) door fixed window section over the door handle on all variants of the 454, have a tenancy to craze and fog up over time. Freeglass are the company that supplied these parts. They also did the 450 and 452 rear windows as well (albeit to a lesser extent than the the 454), so my petition that I am in the middle of writing up also asks about those.

Ah - are these made by this company?

Are we starting with a query or going straight in with a petition?
