Just paint the arms with Fertan; they stay black for years thereafter.

JJ...those 'Wiper Wings' are an absolute waste of time !
I know cos I had a set of them years ago on my first car way back
in the year dot.
There was only one 'logical' way to fit them, but all they did was
'lift' the wipers off the screen rather than pushing them down onto
it due to the airflow over the curved shape of the blades/vanes/fins
or whatever you want to call them and the angle/positioning of them.
They might just have worked if the blades had been at 90 degrees to
the base 'fitting bar'....
To be honest, just fit Bosch 'Aero' wipers that do do the job properly.

And as for the link you gave to the Wiper Arm Boots.....
how much ae they going to cost and who would be willing to pay the
unknown price for the quantity that has to be ordered ie, a carton (CTN) ?

I did a 6 months sandwich course degree so now I can make better sandwiches than unqualified people. I also have a worthwhile engineering degree because I can also make things to toolroom standard. Upon graduation I was able to design special purpose production machinery. Can't imagine many recent graduates being able to do that straight from Uni.
