Independent near Reading?

Having just acquired my Forfour from a private sale, it needs an A service (1 spanner). Should I use an independent Smart garage, a Smart main dealer, or local garage who I've always used for my old car? Local garage say they have access too manufactures servicing schedule etc.

dont know any smart indis in or near reading but you could go to any garage to get it serviced as its like any other car out there

Rob @ s2smart.co.uk is worth the short trip to Rickmansworth/Watford, and he is only charging £99 !
Plus he has a nice chill out area (widescreen TV, DVD, wi-fi) and with free tea and coffee :)
(and biscuits... if he hasn't eaten them all...tehe)

Cheers guys, booked in with local garage after talking to the owner etc and getting a 'warm' feeling that they knew what they were doing. Might go to s2smart for a B service? Well might as well get the service while I'm there trying out their chill out area!  ;D

There is a mobile independant MB/Smart specialist based in Bracknell who is MB trained and has Star diagnostics on the back of his van - very happy with him.

Had a quick search on google, is this them? Mercanix Mobile Mercedes-Benz And Smart Car Specialists http://www.mercanix.co.uk/

Also found http://starmotorservices.co.uk/ but they don't say anything about Smart car servicing!

For all my sin's I didn't use them and ended up using a local garage, who were far too expensive and not really up to the task!

For my B service I will definitely be using Mercanix.
